Pledge to care for your mind, support your peers, and help reduce the stigma around mental health.

Youth mental health is one of the most pressing challenges facing Idaho and the nation

Compared to national averages, Idaho youth experience higher rates of depression and suicide. Between 2016–2019, nearly 18% of Idaho youth ages 12–17 reported a major depressive episode, yet fewer than half received treatment.

Suicide is now the second leading cause of death for Idaho youth ages 10–19, with a rate nearly double the national average.

That’s why Strong Minds Idaho exists. This campaign raises awareness, reduces stigma, and empowers youth and communities to take action.

By signing the pledge, accessing resources, and sharing the message, Idaho can build a culture where every young person feels supported, valued, and connected.

Because when we come together, we remind ourselves: All minds are strong minds.
